Terms of Service

By accessing or using TownSignal AI ("the Platform"), operated at townsignalai.comand its associated products including SignalOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bug Hutch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or continuing to access the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

TownSignal AI is a signal intelligence platform that aggregates, scores, and presents probabilistic assessments of global events across geopolitics, macroeconomics, cryptocurrency markets, energy, and other domains ("Signals").

The Platform provides informational intelligence outputs for situational awareness and analytical purposes. Signals are produced using proprietary scoring models and represent probabilistic estimates, not certainties.

The Platform does not provide brokerage services, custody of assets, or execution of financial transactions on behalf of users.

TownSignal AI is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, or registered investment company. Bug Hutch Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body.

Signal outputs, probability scores, momentum indicators, confidence ratings, and all other platform outputs are informational tools only. They must not be used as the basis for any investment, trading, financial, or business decision.

You acknowledge that all investment and trading decisions carry inherent risk. Before making any financial decision, you should seek advice from a qualified and authorised financial professional. Bug Hutch Ltd accepts no liability for any financial loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance upon Platform outputs.

Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription, billed on a monthly recurring basis. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Bug Hutch Ltd does not store or have access to your payment card details.

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Bug Hutch Ltd reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform following a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

New subscribers receive a 28-day trial period providing full access to the Platform at no charge. The trial commences upon account creation.

Following the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. You will not be automatically charged at the end of the trial; you must select and subscribe to a paid plan to maintain access.

Bug Hutch Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw the trial offer at any time, with such changes applying to new sign-ups only.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Following cancellation, your account data will be retained for a period of 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Bug Hutch Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Platform content or Signal outputs without prior written consent from Bug Hutch Ltd
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Misrepresent Platform outputs as official financial advice or regulated analysis
• Use the Platform for market manipulation or any fraudulent purpose

Bug Hutch Ltd reserves the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these acceptable use standards.

All content, software, data, scoring models, brand assets, and infrastructure comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Bug Hutch Ltd or its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and does not permit redistribution or commercial exploitation of Platform content.

"TownSignal AI", "SignalOS", and associated logos and marks are trademarks of Bug Hutch Ltd. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bug Hutch Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.

In no event shall Bug Hutch Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Bug Hutch Ltd in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bug Hutch Ltd makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Signal outputs will be accurate, complete, or timely.

Signal probabilities, confidence scores, and other outputs are estimates based on available data and proprietary models. They are subject to error and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments of any event or market condition.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Bug Hutch Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

Bug Hutch Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
